To reserve a session, a booking form will be shared once your session is confirmed.
A retainer fee (50% of the total price) is required upon submission of the form.
The retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances, including cancellations, postponements, or client-initiated changes. and will be applied toward the total session fee.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Sessions are confirmed on a first-come, first-served bases.
Please not that availability is only secured upon receipt of the completed booking form and retainer fee; verbal or message enquiries alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Any additional sessions, coverage, or add-ons must be requested at least
one (1) week prior to the scheduled date.
All add-ons are subject to additional charges, whether carried out by Suet May or by assisting team members.
Please note that add-on sessions may require additional time.
While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, availability is subject to scheduling and cannot be guaranteed.If a reservation includes multiple individuals and the number of sessions is later reduced, the retainer fee paid for the cancelled individual(s) remains non-refundable and cannot be applied toward the remaining balance.

If the reservation details are misrepresented (for example, reserving a personal or ROM session in place of a bridal session), the makeup artist reserves the right to decline the session on the day. In such cases, the retainer fee paid remains non-refundable, and no session will be carried out.If a session has commenced and it is later determined that the nature of the event was inaccurately represented at the time of reservation, the makeup artist reserves the right to end the session, with all fees paid remaining non-refundable.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided during reservation is accurate and complete.
This allows appropriate preparation, timing, and care to be given to each session.

Bridal makeup and hair sessions require approximately three (3) hours when both are carried out by Suet May.
This includes skin preparation, makeup, hairstyling, refinement, changing into the wedding outfit, and buffer time.Please ensure the required preparation time is factored into your event schedule, and inform your wedding coordinator or planner accordingly to avoid misunderstandings.
While delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances on the day, adequate time is still required to complete the session properly.
